Create a portable, multi-use fitness device that can replace the need for free-weights.
My Solution
The RopeFX Trainer, or rope functional cross trainer.
What is it?
The Rope FX Trainer, is a multi-dimensional, adaptive, and functional fitness device that can be used by anyone, anywhere.
Think of it as cross-training on the go!
It's many uses include a heavy jump rope, a pulling rope, a suspended fitness trainer, a climbing rope, as an assistant to stretching, and much more

Concept and Initial Design
The idea began as a concept to combine suspension training, gymnastics, and battle rope training into one, portable device.
I took to pencil and paper to draft up the initial concepts

A Body-RopeFX workout was developed and began hosting classes at multiple gyms throughout Columbus, OH
